  1. Are your products limited to stones only?

No, we started selling bracelets made of precious stones and today we have incorporated locally found materials and resources in our products.

  1. Are the bracelets all handcrafted?

Yes, all bracelets are handcrafted by Artisans of Pampanga unless stated otherwise.

  1. How would I know my size?

We recommend using a tape measure to get the size that works perfectly to you. Wrap a tape measure around your wrist and start measuring at ‘0’ inch.

  1. Should I add allowance in the final size?

It is advisable to add 0.5 inch bracelet allowance.

  1. What kind of band do you use?

We only use high quality Korean elastic nylon 0.8mm in size.

  1. What are the sizes of the stones/beads?

We work with 6mm/8mm/10mm stones unless stated otherwise. Most of our stones are 8mm in size.

  1. How are the items packaged?

Each bracelet is enclosed in a box with the corresponding statement card and a product care note card.

  1. My bracelet broke. How will I fix it?

We offer bracelet free repair services within 1 month of purchase. Contact us for more details.

  1. Do the charms tarnish?

Nothing stays the same forever! You will find slight changes overtime but this depends on how they are handled. A product care note card is included in the packaging to keep you guided.

  1. What size fits most people?

The general size that fits most men and women is 7.0 inches.

  1. What size fits most women?

The general size that fits most women is 6.5 inches.

  1. What size fits most men?
